Ok - I'm going to go all-mom on you today. It is my baby's 4 month birthday. It is inevitable, some of you who aren't parents yet are going to say..."Oh, big whoop...here she goes again about that kid of hers"...it's probably what I would have said...em, about 4 months ago. But 4 months can change a lot of things. Four months have turned me into an emotional sap, I mean, geez, when I see a tv commercial about car safety and babies, I bawl. Yeah, I'm that person now. I never thought I would be that person. And, when I put this little guy down for a nap, or to sleep at night...while, I relish the alone time to get work done, or finish a little project here and there...I miss him while he sleeps. Fiercely. But it is a beautiful thing when he does...it is in those moments that I can take a rare, silent moment....breathe it all in...and be thankful for the blessing of motherhood.

Baby A has grown so much over the last year...after coming into this world very early, she had a little catching up to do...but she is there now, and is so beautiful and clever. She is also one of the more serious babies I know...
For her first birthday, she wore a tutu, ate cake...and took a little trip outdoors on one of our more cold days this winter. She was a little trooper.
And those baby blues always get me...

This beautiful tutu was her momma's dance tutu when she was little...it is adorable. Yes, I have tutu envy.
She loves her momma...
but she is not so sure about sweet frosting...

In the close up picture, baby Winston looks like a miniature SETH! Happy 4th month birthday to baby Winston and Happy 4th month of motherhood to you, Noelle! I'm so glad you have been blessed with motherhood!
