They decided to come with me...my parents. They were in need of a vacation...and I was in need of some company. My husband couldn't come for this one...so it was nice they could. This is my dad's first time to Mexico. I'm so glad we came to a place where we could venture out of the hotel and walk around the little pueblo that is Isla Mujeres. It's so refreshing for me to be able to put some of that Spanish major of mine from college to good use...and it's fun to translate for my parents.
On our first day here...we ventured into "downtown" and did a little sight-seeing. Here is a photographic re-cap of our day...minus the part where we sat in our swimsuits...no one needs to see that.
